What is Vacuum Coating?

Vacuum Coating is thinner, lighter, more environmentally friendly and it gives better performance. Vacuum Coating process is carried out in ultra high vacuum environment where the target material is vaporized into extremely small particles. These particles deposit on the substrate and they create a thin layer of coat. This coating is resistance to wearing, high temperatures and erosion.

There are two vaporizing methods:

Physical Vapor Deposition (PVD) and Chemical Vapor Deposition (CVD)

Vacuum Technology

Vacuum Coating as a key technology for many industries and it has replaced traditional but more polluting electroplating process. It strictly follows international environmental protection standards and it is a must for green industries such as solar energy and LED manufacturers. Vacuum coating technology has replaced old technologies which were not environmental friendly in other words it has added value to life. That is the reason vacuum coating is worthy of technical and ecological honor.
